The Prosperity of any organization is directly related to its Human Resource. Therefore, it becomes essential to manage this resource effectively. Effective monitoring of the entire gamut of activities related to it is essential as it involves not only the economic aspect but the human aspect also.
Their needs to be a strict monitoring in areas of employee performance, training, leave & allowances, general administration activities of the HR/ Personnel department etc.
The module design covers activities related to organization, administration, report generation (Individual & Institute level), maintenance of statutory forms etc.

Platform ::
The application will be developed on Visual Basic (6.0)/ Delphi as a front end tools & MS-SQL SERVER/ MS Access as a database backend. The application server would be running Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0. All reporting will be on MS-excel.

| Employee
The
Employee Master gives the detailed records
about the employees of the organization.
Details contain personal information
particulars, payroll details etc. New
employee records can be inserted. An
overview screen showing the selective
details of the entire screen- set is also
available.
Organization
chart
The
Organization Chart gives the hierarchical
structure of the various administrative
levels displayed in a tree-type format.
This enables to find out the precise
position the employee holds in the
organizational hierarchy within the
shortest span of time. On selecting a
particular employee, his selective details
appear on screen. New employee records can
also be inserted.

Department
The
module contains provision for recording
the department-wise details. New
Departments can be formed as per
requirements and the department-wise
costing reports can be generated.
